My name is Brian O’ Donoghue and I’m here to help you get the best from your computer.
I enjoy helping people learn the inner workings and mysteries of a computer whether you are;
- Brand new to computers
- Have some knowledge and are interested in improvements and a few tips
The typical areas I can help with are, Using the Internet (booking flights, hotels etc), How to use e-mail, Using Skype, Setting up and using Facebook, sorting out a CV, setting up a Website on WordPress and how to edit it and beginners/intermediate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint along with various other topics.
I have 15 years experience in using Microsoft Office on a day to day basis and I have lots of experience in teaching individuals and groups how to get the best from a computer, particularly beginners. I’ve taught an evening adult education class for the last number of years at Ashton School, Blackrock, Cork, so check out their website to see details of winter and autumn courses.
I enjoy teaching people and it’s always great to see people using new skills at the end of a course, particularly if they have had a fear of or been worried about computers.
